Shipping policy

We endeavor to ship within 3 business days of receiving a completed order. Since many of our products are custom printed, there may be times when we are unable to ship within 5 days. If that is the case, we will do our best to reach out to you with a new shipping timeframe to see if that is acceptable to you, or if you wish to cancel the order.

In addition, we ship by various third-party carriers, and their individual circumstances or backlogs might affect delivery times. If we are aware of such delays, we will reach out to you.
